The ISM has a number of individuals who are available, by appointment, to help community members resolve disputes pertaining to family issues, business disputes, contract matters, etc.

Any matter brought to the ISM will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before the matter is accepted.  

Generally, business or contract disputes will not be accepted unless parties agree to binding arbitration.  

With some business disputes, ISM mediators will require that each party has a guarantor.
